I ordered these boots and they are lovely, both comfortable and true to size. I had a small issue but after a little delay customer service were very helpful.

Terrible customer service

When these boots arrive I thought they were lovely. Unfortunately the left boot i can only assume is faulty as it is not waterproof as stated, and I constantly get a very soggy sock and foot. I have tried numerous times to contact the customer service and have not received a single reply. Very disappointed 😔 Please purchase wisely.

brilliant boot

This is my second pair and I can't even remember when I bought the previous pair. A long time ago. I walk for miles with the dog and my feet are no longer what they used to be, but are so comfortable in these boots. They are also waterproof. Highly recommend.

Peak ladies walking boots

I have had Northwest walking boots previously but sadly the Peak boots did not fit as they were disproportionately too big. They didn’t even match up to the guide shown on the website!

Great value boots

Only worn once so far, for a short hike on uneven terrain. They we're comfortable, my feet remained dry and the boots seem sturdy enough - only time will tell with regards to durability though (hence the four star rating). The only negative is that I'm not a fan of the laces - I prefer flat ones - so will swap them.

Good boot for the price but my feet got bit wet !!

Generous fitting boot, true to size, look smart initially.
I found when I first wore them I had black dye on my hands from tying the laces and touching the boots so I would recommend giving them a wipe with a slightly damp cloth.
Unfortunately first proper walk out in the snow I found both my feet where wet on the top, I think the wet had got in by the bottom end of the laces.
For the price they are good enough boot but if you do more adventurous walking I would not recommend.

I work in a castle in the middle of London, and I have orthotics as my feet turn inwards and I have plantar fasciitis.
These provide comfort on all surfaces, cobbles, wooden floors, concrete for long hours.
My feet aren't cold and hopefully in summer won't be sweaty either.
Seeing as how I can go through shoes in a few months at work, these are still going strong and I love them
