Bought these to replace my old (no longer waterproof) boots. Received them on Saturday and had them out for a walk by the afternoon, they are roomy but a great fit (size 4) with nice thick socks. I do need to double knot the laces as when walking they get loose around the ankle but thats my preference. A very muddy walk on Sunday proved the soles as I had no slips but on Monday on a wet dog walk i got wet socks. Not sure if this is a one off but will keep an eye on that and contact the very helpful customer service staff if needed, other than that im very happy with the fit/comfort/colour.

I initially gave the shoe a one star due to my daughter stating that she could not wear them. I am amending the one star to a four-star because she never tried the boot on, she just looked and thought the boat was too small. She finally tried the boot on with thick socks and she said it fit perfectly. She is going on a hiking- camping trip this weekend so the ultimate test will be done and I will revise if necessary To a possible five star if she experienced no problems.

Right out of the box review:Overall it's comfortable, but I found ankle support only possible if you lace up tight. This might be a sizing issue though. However, if you do that you get a little chafing, but I'll just buy higher socks to remedy that. It's pretty lightweight, haven't tested for waterproofing yet. Loving the color and style.UPDATE: See images for condition 3 years later. Still going strong, I'd say, but I haven't used them for hardcore hiking, just daily use really. I'd still give it 5 stars for being fit-for-(my) purpose and colour and style.

I love these boots, they are so comfortable and feel lightweight, I do a lot of dog walking, and these feel good on my feet. The fit is true to size, and room for hiking socks.Would definitely recommend.

Arrived very quickly, great fit and comfy!I took them on a walk to start breaking them in and ended up walking 8.3miles and my feet weren’t sore at all! I love the colour too! I’m really looking forward to climbing some mountains in these!

My second pair, I work as a gardener and wore my other pair every single day for a year and put them through some rough treatment. But they are still going strong, just weather proofing worn. Best work boots for my job, comfy, warm, strong and very hard wearing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I bought the blue ones first for my walking adventures and found them to be so comfortable and water resistant, I have really bad psoriasis on my foot and found these boots didn’t irritate it one bit.I bought the black ones for work an did a 12 hour shift wearing them and again found no issues or discomfort.Highly recommend

After reading other reviews I decided to go a size up from my regular 6 to a 7, and they fit perfectly. The colour is as shown in my photo, a deep pink. So far I have only taken them out a few times and they don’t appear to be in need of breaking in. For the money they are great value! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again - although I don’t expect to in the near future! They are robust and comfortable, with a thick tread. Other reviews have mentioned that they are loose around the ankles - this is true but I think it adds to the comfort.

I needed a pair of walking boots to replace two pairs of Swiss boots that I had bought at nearly £200 per pair and which had to be returned because they were not waterproof. I stumbled across these online and thought I'd try them as a stop-gap until I found what I thought would be better, but they've turned out to be excellent! I tramp through wet and muddy fields with my dogs twice daily and after 6 months of constant use, these boots remain 100% waterproof, are warm and comfortable. When the boots get too mucky, I simply shower them with the hose, dry them off, and they're ready to wear again the following day. They are incredible value for money. I couldn't improve on them and highly recommend them.

Lovely made and very comfortable

I’ve had North-west territory boots in the past and they have always been really excellent value. The only thing wrong was the choice of colours - brown, or brown! So I was just mega excited to see the new range of colours and decided to opt for the red ones. They aren’t really red. They are more of a very dark pink but that’s okay. The colour is true to the pictures. I also chose a size 7 which I don’t normally do because I am really a 7.5, but I did as suggested on the website, drew around my foot and then measured it. The result told me that I was a size 7 so that’s what I ordered, fully prepared to send them back because they were too small. But no. The boots arrived, beautifully packaged and in rapid time and they were a perfect fit. Brownie points to North-west Territory.
They are comfortable, although I have yet to work out which of my socks are best to wear with them. I absolutely love the colour, my first ‘girlie’ purchase in many long years. The quality is superb, but are they waterproof? I don’t know yet. I haven’t tested them. But winter will soon be here and I live in one of the remotest parts of Britain with three dogs that need walking every day. I have high hopes of keeping my feet dry. So watch this space…….

I love my new Trek walking boots. These are my go to boots as they are so comfy you barely know that you are wearing them. These are only my second pair as the previous pair lasted so long! I also like the choice of colours.

I currently have these boots in red, purple, hot pink and navy, previously in forest green, wish that colour was available now. I do cut off the tab at the ankle though, as it serves no purpose and rubs my heel. I wanted to add sky blue to my collection but size 7 turned out to be size 40 not 41 hence 4 instead of 5 stars. I will order a larger size when back in stock. Delivery was really quick. A happy customer.

Just received my third pair (over many years) of Northwest Territory boots and as always I find them very comfortable. The colours available suit all tastes. Great value for money and very speedy delivery much appreciated.
