Very pleased with the quality of product
So far so good supporting this British company. Bit of a punt to buy online as no option to view in-store prior to purchase (may be something NWT could consider via major Mountain Warehouse or Decathlon stores). Comfortable fit, particularly insole and fit to size. I’d say a medium fit rather than narrow or wide. Spare laces are a nice touch. Feel well made but UK winter weather will be the real test hence 4 star. Happy purchaser.
Love the boots. This is the 3rd pair I've purchased from Northwest. My favourites are still my earlier Pelly boots. I agree with comments by others, i.e. the laces aren't the best quality. However, included in the box were a 2nd pair of laces, so problem solved. Note that all the boots I've purchased from Northwest have, in my opinion, insufficient arch support, therefore I've purchased inserts to make them more comfortable. In summary, a good pair of boots for the price

I sent the boots back as you sent size 4 and I asked for 5 .I have asked for you to send the correct size (5).I look forward to receiving the new boots.The Royal Mail picked them up on Thursday (24th September).
Very quickly delivery on these shoes and they look a very good design. They are quite a snug fit but have softened nicely with wear.

As always the boots are first class and comfortable from the word go. Exellent value for money and would recommend them to any one looking for walking or hiking boots
Lovely boots now on my 4th pair as wear the soles out but come back to them as they are very comfortable.
Although these are designed for men, I find these unisex. I take a size 16 in women trousers, these fit comfortably. Well made, good fit and comfortable when out walking all day on the Scottish hills.
