Northwest sent my Everest boot on time! It is well built and looks very good quality. After a ten day broke in it became very comfortable. The 3M thinsulated membrane keeps your foot warm and I have no issues with the waterproof so far. However it is necessary very attention with slippery grounds in the rain and snow because it has a very low grip! But the leather is beauty and resistant. And they did not sent a spare laces as it is stated in the web site. I think it worths for the value.
Socks are decent quality but a little on the thin side.

I ordered my usual size but these came up much bigger than all my other boots/shoes. Returned them but no refund yet, or reply from customer services to several emails.
I’m not really a walking shoe person and only found Northwest from an ad. Typically I’d buy Hi tec Penrith but they stopped and the Corbett looked sort of similar.
They are significantly heavier in construction and upon close inspection are of a different build quality. I would say go up a size.
Overall they appear really good quality, are comfortable and do look smart.
For the money they seem very good quality
Purchased my usual size 10, however they were way too narrow, couldn't even get them on my feet. Looked good quality though. Had to return for refund. So beware, they are a narrow fit.
Lovely comfy boots for dog walking. Glad I ordered a larger size though.
As described , stylish boot , ive worn only at home to break in but seem comfortable and are light which will be great for long walks
My new boots arrived, with excitement I opened the box to find a lovely boot bag, care instructions and well packaged boots with spare laces! Before going out I applied a couple of layers of waterproofing cream and let it soak in fully.
First day, the size 9 is very generous but I am hoping it will fit better once they are worn in, great waterproofing, you could see the water droplets rolling of the leather. After wearing the boots for another 4 or 5 walks with the dogs my left ankle starting to hurt? It seems the sewing on the tongue creates a pressure point at the top of my foot and digs into my ankle, I have tried pulling the tongue up as far as I can, tying the boot tight, lose but nothing seems to stop this pain!
After the 10th walk I have finally given up and gone back to my old boots that leak, but I can walk in them without suffering this pain. What is strange is why it is only in my left foot?
It's a shame as they looked really good and came for a reasonable price in the sale, but they aren't for me, and I will have to gift them to a local charity shop.
I ordered UK size 13. That was acknowledged and the box said UK size 13 but the shoes were UK size 12! I've emailed customer services twice to find out how to return them but 12 days later there's been no response. PLEASE RESPOND!
Hopefully Northwest will now ditch the poor quality inferior Reliance trainer walking shoe- that simply was not fit for purpose.
Its great to have a real Northwest Territory walking shoe that does what it says it will and is comfortable to wear all day in all terrains
