Return Instruction

For an exchange and return to be processed, please follow the below return instructions:

1. Locate the return form that came with your shoes. This should include all the necessary instructions for returning your shoes.
2. Fill out the return form completely. Make sure to include your contact information, order number, and reason for the return.
3. Place the shoes back in the original packaging or a similar box.
4. Insert the completed return form into the package with the shoes.
5. Seal the package securely.
6. Place the package inside the mailer bag that the shoes were originally shipped in. If you no longer have the original mailer bag, you can use any secure packaging of your choice.
7. Affix the return label to the outside of the mailer bag or package. This should also have been included with your original order.
8. Drop off the package at a local shipping centre or post office. Make sure to get a tracking number and keep it for your records.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully return your shoes using the return form and the same mailer bag.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns of products purchased from our website. If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists, dealers or from any other marketplace, please arrange your return through them.
