Bought these as work shoes as I'd an endless series of Nike trainers which squeaked on hospital floors. Whilst slightly heavier than the Nike trainers they are supremely comfortable and knowing Northwest footwear from previously will be indestructible. Come to think of it why do I bother with anything else. And most importantly no squeaking.
I ordered these boots and they are lovely, both comfortable and true to size. I had a small issue but after a little delay customer service were very helpful.
This is my 3rd time buying my hiking shoes over a span of 6 years from Northwest Territory. I still have all the boxes of shoes as I never wanted to throw the boxes as they look great too. I also convinced my friend to get a pair and she was happy too with the purchase previously.
Recent purchase are good quality, innovative design, good comfort and support for the feet. delivery on 3rd day after placing the order. The brand seems to me belonging to a group of hikers who know what hikers really want. I was never disappointed with any of my purchase and despite trying hard to find flaws, I personally couldn’t find any in them.
I really cant talk enough about these shoes, the comfort, the style, the sturdiness of these shoes is really worth the price. My friend thinks i should be a brand ambassador for Northwest Territory as i can really talk about these shoes for long.
When these boots arrive I thought they were lovely. Unfortunately the left boot i can only assume is faulty as it is not waterproof as stated, and I constantly get a very soggy sock and foot. I have tried numerous times to contact the customer service and have not received a single reply. Very disappointed 😔 Please purchase wisely.
