Look great, true to size and really good value for money. I haven't worn them out walking yet, however, along with a pair of coolwalk socks, they felt really comfortable on and walking about the house.

No customer service reply

I did not get a returns label with my order, I used the customer service email address, I used the website option of requesting a returns label, and I used the website option of messaging customer service and gave my phone number and no reply or label emailed to me. No way of contacting customer service by phone so my next option will be to message the seller through Paypal. So one star rating due to the difficulty of trying to initiate a return.

This must be my 3rd pair of Northwest Territory boots.
They are always comfortable from the word go. Never had to 'wear in' and never had blisters. I recommend these on multiple levels. Good value, waterproof and very comfortable.
