Ordered shoes early one morning, realised immediately that I'd ordered the wrong size. Emailed customer service within a few minutes to amend the order, heard nothing back. Emailed customer services again early that afternoon, still no reply. The wrong size shoes arrived early next day. Emailed customer services for the third time, still no reply. So now I've ordered replacement shoes of the right size and posted back the wrong ones. I thought about giving a lower star review but in fairness their prices are reasonable and delivery is quick. However, being totally ignored by customer services is very shoddy and I do hope I will receive a refund for the shoes I returned without any hassle

Just wearing the shoes about the house at present just to get my feet use to them.

I recently puchased a pair of Reliance walking shoes, and although early days, today was a downpour whilst I was doing deliveries.
These shoes were purchased one month ago, and I have to say they fit so well, have sufficient width - for a pleasant change, are so comfortable......and after todays downpour.....my socks were bone dry - very very impressed

Good quality walking shoes,quite wide fitting and very comfortable and supportive.Quick delivery and reasonable price. Would recommend.

These shoes are my best choice in terms of waterproofing property.
